Altar’d State at Home
My role within this startup team was to build and launch the home divisions of the established fashion brand, Altar’d State. I led the development of new products and collections from the ground up, managing both internal cross-functional teams and external vendor partnerships, and guiding the product development process through its full lifecycle from concept to launch.
