Restoration Hardware (RH)

My role within the RH team was to lead the Upholstery Product Development team while also supporting the Outdoor Product Development team. I was responsible for developing new products and collections, whether designed in-house or introduced through external designers. This included leading cross-functional collaboration, presenting to senior leadership, managing external vendor relationships, and guiding the product development process through its entire lifecycle from initial concept to final production.
