My role within this well-established team and organization was to design and develop their Home product assortment in the Upholstery, Outdoor and Occasional categories. I led the development of new products and collections from the ground up, working in tandem with internal cross-functional teams and external vendor partnerships, and guiding the product development process through its full lifecycle from concept to launch.
